Just base the weaknesses and stuff off of AVP2

Predators can jump really high, and have different vision modes. Maybe make a swep for the net that is similar to zip ties but ranged. (they pwn)

Aliens have life detect and climb walls (I think, it's been a 2 years since I played)

Marines.. Just take the smart gun out.
