The subject of this complaint are the SVs them selves which I am fairly getting tired of. I don't care about the consequences after this thread. I'm here to state the truth and ask why Exile isn't doing anything about it. It's making me feel stupid to just sit there and watch and be stepped over by the abuse certain SVs are using. I've been here about a year now. Seen SRP go trough good and bad times. Climbed up the admin ranks and got SA. I always tried to do the right thing, I never abused my powers and always tried to calm down every situation that got out of hand.

I feel that it is my duty as an SA to do something about this issue we have as a community. I hereby take a stand for what I'm making a complaint for and I stand behind everything I say here.

Lets start off with Radek.

Everyone likes him, as I see it, or people just sucking up, to be honest I don't give a damn, that isn't the subject. Radek is known for powergaming. I proved him wrong once, I proved him wrong today. And both times I was a lower rank. The first time I was supported by Paintcheck and now Exile him self had a chat with him and again he was defeated. Here is the proof.



You think the simple "Sorry, I will be more serious" will make me shut up and calm down?
No it won't. You said this too many times, too many times you have used the same excuse just you could do it again. Well guess what, I'm tired of it. Just most people don't have the determination to complain about it or simply don't give a damn.

This is serious roleplay, right? We are trying to be a good community right?
We are trying to make a good name for our selves, right?
Well we are going in the wrong direction.

Radek, where did you admin , seriously? Did they always let you get by so easily?
Well let me tell you where I admined. I admined in certain servers where if you made one single mistake you were off the team , banned forever. And that's where I got my determination and discipline.
I doubt anyone ever saw me abuse my admin and I don't plan to do so.

Radek gets on the server for five seconds and has a SKAT, G36 and a couple of grenades. While most of the server is "living" the harsh life, having jack shit and just trying to survive. I don't think that's fair, do you?

You are a supervisor, that means you should be fairly known for being a great person who worked hard to get to his rank. That rank there is for you to use it to make SRP a better RP space.

Take a look at Locke. He's a great guy, shame he doesn't come on the server. You could learn a thing or two from him. Or Royz, also a great guy and yet again, a shame he doesn't come on the server.


I hereby DEMAND his demotion for the following reasons:

- Abuse of SV rank (Spawning Weapons, Suits anything he could spawn just to make his character godly. In this case it's a SKAT, a G36 and grenades. Apparently according to the players the G36 should have been destroyed not passed on to Radek. Certain players have told me it was destroyed by KingArthur, how it ended up with Radek is unknown for me , if it was destroyed then it should have been deleted with the Removal Tool. I'm not familiar with the whole story but there is something very suspicious there.)
- Powergame ( He thought because he is an SV he can easily get away with anything. Not on my watch this is the second time I caught you trying to do it. You think of bloodsuckers as babies who can't defend them selves and think of them as mentally retarded people who can't tell the difference between things that can hurt them or help them. Let me tell you something. Played Clear Sky? No? Get to duty base, see a real bloodsucker in action take away a soldier from a patrol of 5-6 men. And simply run off with him.

Bloodsucker for you Radek is a superstrong mutant who isn't actually dumb as they are capable of living in a pack. They are the most feared mutants in the zone. Simple enough for you? That means when he gives you a spanking it hurts a lot. And you should be shitting your pants when you do see one.

Also, one time you assaulted the Military base I remember. Ignored flashbangs and just went off "ololol sorry" after Paintcheck put some sense into you. You don't stop a flashbang by putting a hand on your eyes. It's a chemical and it fucks you up if you are close.   )

- Lack of Discipline to keep his own rank (The reasons are obvious.)
- Not understanding what means to be a SV (This person doesn't understand that this is serious roleplay and that his rank of SV means a lot, however he seems not to understand the obligations and role he takes part with his rank. )

And then we have Commisar Nitro.

I actually like this guy and think he is cool. He has great ideas and is a great roleplayer overall. But he has issues. You can admin, there is no doubt about it.
But, you wave your ban and kick stick a bit too much don't you think? I remember once I tried to calm down a situation and you told me to fuck off otherwise I'll be banned.

As far as I know when you are on the server certain people are afraid to come online or when they see you coming they just go offline. Some of them are even afraid to ask you for a simple recc. Dude, you need to drop that attitude and relax. Take a deep breath. I don't know what your problem is , but don't take it out on us.

"I'm an asshole." I don't give a shit. You can admin, you are capable. I know you don't abuse.
Think before you do something. If a person is trying to calm down a situation you don't ban them or cuss them out and tell them to fuck off. We are an admin TEAM. We are suppose to help each other, keep each other in control and have a lot of fun and be good friends.

Also, I've seen certain people prove you wrong , you give them a ban. That's not the way to go , and that's all I'm going to say. Maybe I'm wrong, maybe I didn't catch the whole story. But more self control would not hurt you.

I will finish with this. People like ThY, Paintcheck, Steel, Bielecki and Celtic do deserve the rank of SV because they are reliable, disciplined and take their rank seriously.  People like Afro who are unluckily not a part of the community anymore were a great addition to the community and it's simply sad that we lose people like that.

Final Words: You might not demoted him, but there you have it folks. Those who think I'm raging can fuck off and kiss my ass, because I'm not, I'm merely telling the truth and standing up for you. I hope those who know the same I do, will support this action to full end and that Exile will at least do something in future and open his eyes.

And quiet honestly, I don't give a shit how many enemies I will make by posting this thread. Also if you ain't got nothing smart to say, "pls go" as Welek would say. This is,the truth, my friends, only trough your determination can we make things better and return the SRP server to it's former glory.

Damn, I don't know how I can add to this in any constructive way, but I'll try. One of the few times I've run into Radek on the server was when I took a stroll over the Freedom to chat with goose a few days ago. Radek was standing there with an AK47. The CSS wooden stocked AK47, not the AKm. I wondered wtf? No one can even sell those, and I doubt LE made a stash of that. I shrugged it off though, but it still bothered me. And really...something like this shouldn't happen with a SV...Not once, not twice, and fuck no not three times. SV's are suppose to be leading the way for TO's like me, and other SO's. They're suppose to be the prime example of an admin, someone who's proven themselves so capable they've been allowed to supervise the administration team on the server. And truthfully, it's kind of a moral drainer when someone I'm suppose to look up to and learn from does something like this.

I can't really give much input on Nitro, but from everything I've read if you so much as whisper about him or something he does, he'll fly off the handle and start yelling about everyone being out to get him. Dude, chill. Critics are part of the job, and you know, you can actually learn from it if you try. There's no lynch mob out there with flogs ready to get to work, just someone voicing their opinion.

Even if nothing ends up being done, hopefully it'll get the meaning of this through their skulls. And I know LE can sometimes be slow to act, this is very true, but I have seen once he starts he'll go all out until it's done, no matter what it is.

I agree with you about Nitro, he has ALOT of Issues, In my Opinion, He doesn't fit being a Admin. Instead of talking calmy and thinking things through, he uses his Power to shut anyone in his way up, Also called Abuse of Power (Alot of people can vouche for me on that..) I think Nitro needs to be pulled from the Admin team, He's not fit as a Admin, he's a great Roleplayer of course...

I don't have any issues with Radek, since I rarely see him, But I do hear he Powergames ALOT.

I can't really give much input on Nitro, but from everything I've read if you so much as whisper about him or something he does, he'll fly off the handle and start yelling about everyone being out to get him. Dude, chill. Critics are part of the job, and you know, you can actually learn from it if you try. There's no lynch mob out there with flogs ready to get to work, just someone voicing their opinion.

 Then explain why folk only bring this to my atencion when they are asking for my demotion? no one says anything to me untill they are trying to get rid of me. I say this often enough you got a problem? SF me and tell me. Dont waste my time on the server flaming or arguing.

When folk start doing this ill stop being pissed off. Because untill folk TALK to ME the only contact folk have with me are threads like this, Dug you have had me on SF for atleast 2 mounths, Why have you never spoken to me? And dug that was the day Plunger spent flame baiting me. i wasent pissed at you.

They are afraid to talk to you because you'd most likely:

You should've seen this. And actually telling to "shut up nubcakes" doesn't make you look like a good admin. And I'm hell damn sure people who actually saw you abuse/flame are more encouraged to talk about it when others start it. Because they are too afraid of you to start on their own.

YOU made yourself look like you are. I stated that because of that people are scared to talk to you, though there are some exceptions. I never had any problem with you, this is why I didn't talk, but I heard from a lot of people that you flame and rage. Not us.
