Yes, its is good.
Craft shit, do quests, take over cities, etc.
Around 186 MB + Fallout 2 (You need it to play it)
Yep, no premium accounts or bullshit like that.
Its more fun with more people (and safer).

The game was just recently wiped and there is much less Russians these days.
In fact, I didnt met any Russian yesterday (Thats miracle.).
