EDIT: Nevermind my holy shit, it was probably a missle, because almost the exact same thing happened over a Russian city in 2006.

I swear to you, I've seen that exact same thing! Should i report it? I saw it about a week ago, and I asked others in the area, some of them saw it too. It was a flash of blue light, flying in the sky, and it disappeared behind clouds within seconds.

Saw this on the 'Russia Today' news channel, it's a Russian Balistic missile that failed. Russia confirmed testing on the missile and confirmed that the test failed.
No UFO's or aliens, no wormholes or northern lights, a failed missile is all it is.
