Laptop Issue

Dear Reader,
                    I am having trouble with my laptop at the moment as it has alot of virus and problems on it. I was wondering how i could reset it back to default when i  first bought it. My only problem is that i dont have the disk to do this. If you could help me please comment as this would help me so much.

try F10 or Alt+F2 when booting up.


Also what model are you using from what corporation ? Would help also.

As you see, im not very good at computers so im not sure how to reformat it and how to get the torrent. I know its on windows xp and thats all. :/

Don't torrent it. That is illegal.

Try and find the discs that came with the machine. Even if you don't have an actual Windows install disk the factory usually ships a recovery disc with their laptops. Boot from that and see what options you have, typically there is a "Restore to Factory" option or similar on those.
