Problem with STRP

Well my problem is straight forward, seem's for some odd reason i can no longer see the names, or titles of anyone on the server. Along with that my money reads 0 when it shouldnt.

So,Silver deleted my STRP account to make a new one, that didnt help at all.
I have no idea if i need to reinstall or what, here's a screenshot.

Reinstall using my guide under Source Games in the Video Games section.
