[Suggestion] Rules

No matter how hard I look, I can't find a general Rules Thread for:

SRP
FoRP
Minecraft

and HGN's general rules are nowhere to be found.

I feel this should be corrected for the sake of the community.

Or maybe I'm just totally insane or they're horribly misplaced.

Same rules pretty much apply to FRP and there's some HGN general rules in there too. Stuff is mostly common knowledge or too obvious to state.

There's certain things like the Faction-warfare rules that tend to be ignored and it's pretty saddening.

Also, for a person like me who doesn't/rarely ever uses the STALKER forums/server, that's a pretty non-innocuous place to hide the rules.

I will write up a FORP specific rule thread then, we need a set of rules for ourselves, though most of the stuff will conform to the usual like no powergaming/metagaming.
