Enable non-standard unicode characters in chat.

Presently, if I want to use any accented or slightly altered unicode character (such as è,) I have to open up the console and type out the desired text using the 'say' command. If I attempt to type it out in the chatbox, it won't come out, but the script can handle the characters, as they come up appropriately when I utilize console.

SK, could you work on this? It's very irritating when you're roleplaying a Hispanic character.

Console is in Source Engine made by Valve.
Valve's UI Chat is always removed when making a RP script, thus replaced by a different chat made by a coder.

So, no, the script can't handle the characters.
