We should suggest how to get his bloodsucker RPing skills better.
And this suggestion is POINTLESS, there's foobar/winamp and alt+tab for a reason.

That has nothing to do with In-Game Music.

Put music files into sounds directory and use 'play' cmd.
Player is pointless.
