I don't get how Touhou is interesting at all. It just looks like another bullet hell game, except with little dolled up girls shooting magic feces at eachother.

I guess it's the personalities of the large cast and relating to a few? Also the fighters are pretty fun, and the fanbase is filled with people who do shit, i.e Touhou Soccer, Touhou Pocket Wars, IOSYS, Silver Forest, etc.

Personally it's the personalities, and the large amount of memes.

It looks like their outfits and "lol we're little magic girls" do the personality for them. Also most of the fanbase I've seen just appear to be angry weeaboos.

I have an idea for a GREAT RP sserver. A METRO 2033-based roleplay server on Garry's Mod! The whole idea of the actual game is to delve into the storyline, so RPing in that environment would be absolutely EXCELLENT!
