Reason for Ban/Unban: "Your shit ain't funny smiffy." (Reason for Ban). Duran was the admin that permanently banned me. However, this reasoning does not make any sense considering I am not Smiffy and Duran should actually know that. A few years ago Smiffy and I scripted on a darkrp server for one of duran's friends. However, Smiffy and I had a falling out after a while and I haven't talked to him in over a year. If you need proof I can take a picture of my friends list with Smiffy in it, but I doubt that would be sufficient evidence. I guess my supporters will have to make up for the lack of evidence. My supporters are people that played on that Darkrp server and know that there is a difference between Smiffy and I.
How Long: Permanently
Supporters: pwnyxpress, Mike, CC a.k.a Silver fang (He knows I am not Smiffy, which was the reason for the ban. However, he didn't play on the darkrp server)

haha I was dead on the ground afk because i died in an anomaly and went to take a shower. When I came back that is why I was banned.

No, You were minging around in character, as in... Defecating yourself. Even your physical Description was meant to troll. Sexy|Muscular| ETC... Along with being with project fusion. Which makes you even more likely to get banned when you FUCK around.

Never been banned before. And I was with project fusion however they don't have a garrysmod section anymore because I quit scripting. why would it matter if i was with them anyway? Your owner advertised he was willing to have competition for stalker rp anyway haha (on facepunch).

Also, I was dead and because I was dead for about 5 minutes and people were just moving my body around doing nothing i just said /me releases bowels like a normal dead person would do.

And granted I may have had a bit of a troll character, you could have easily just banned the character. But I didn't actually break any rules what so ever.

Also I wasn't fucking around at all. I was with some friends (pwnyxpress and Mike), and then i had to take a shower.

Making characters with "Sexy|blabla" is, believe it or not, powergaming, you force other characters to think you're sexy. I won't support or no support this one until I'll hear the story from two sides.

No, I didn't change my reason. I know who he is, name wrong or not. I know your attitude from the time I spent around you. I got a nice stream of shit you were doing, and I get on to deal with it and your character name is "Harry Dingleberry". You were also not away, because the moment I banned you you started messaging me in SF. Lets try and get the facts straight here before you start making an unban request.

Unless he had 2 player strikes. If he didn't have, the permanent ban is way too much in that situation.

Well clearly not, Smiffy is a completely different person with a completely different attitude. Tough to get those two mixed up methinks.

No.. we told him the reason for the ban an hour or two later.. when he returned from being AFK.
And, regardless, it was a first offense and nothing worthy of a perma.

You know my attitude? Just because I disliked you and treated you poorly on the darkrp server does not mean that is a bannable offense 2 years later.

And also I had no idea when you banned me because I was AFK taking a shower. I got on the computer and saw I was perma banned with the reason specified. THEN, I asked in vent why/who banned me and I was informed that you were the administrator that banned me.

After which I unblocked you from steam and proceeded to message you. And if you didn't change your reason then I shouldn't be banned because you banned me with the reason "Your shit ain't funny smiffy". And I am not smiffy.

Also, I had 0 strikes to begin with. AND I wasn't actively fucking around I just had a un-rplike name/description

He banned you for having the name "Harry Dingleberries" having a stupidly trollish /charphysdesc, for minging with the /charfallover command, for trolling in rp by shitting yourself for no apparent reason. If all your going to do is Troll SRP then you are not welcome by me. If you can prove that your intentions arn't to troll the shit out of us, then maybe you might be unbanned, but I say . . .

I don't get why everyone is saying he is abusing charfallover. He got killed by something(anomaly probably) and we dragged him into the freedom base. When you are in the process of dying and are being dragged, you do not die and slowly regain health, unable to stand. People were fucking about with his body and told him to stay down. Someone tossed him in a corner somewhere and he went afk to take a shower. Yes, he had a stupid name and description, but the fact that he bothered to make an appeal shows that he was just fucking around but actually want to play on the server. Duran has a grudge because he used to be annoying and Epine blocked him( not at all related to SRP, it was a stupid DarkRP way back when).

Does he deserve a ban? Yes. He is a moron and deserves to be punished.
Should he get a perma? No. Duran either mistook him for smiffy or banned him on a bias from a long time ago, or both.

I never used the /charfallover command. I defecated myself because I was dead and people were just moving my body around while I should've been dead from an anomaly. So I /me'd "releases bowels"... which is quite normal for a dead body...

Sure I had a troll name, but I wasn't planning on it being a permanent name I was merely seeing how I liked the feel of the server before switching names.

I'm not asking for a complete unban. But a permanent ban for something as trivial as a bad name and description? And my physical description wasn't that trollish, it had one adjective that was off.
