I just think that that was a bit un-necessary for the other people involved besides Tunddruff.

Reason: He offered to sell me some guns. I paid him and he immediately disconnected and won't answer on SF. This isn't an IC scam, this is him being a faggot.

Is still existing then it should be removed, since to my knowledge Paintcheck dropped charges after I explained why I had to go and how it took a while for my GMOD to close, which leaves my Gmod frozen for a moment, and in that time its easily achievable for someone to give me money while I had already pressed EXIT If this is so, my correct total should be two strikes instead of three, if this strike is currently NOT applying to me, then feel free to ignore this since this is the only other thing people could find on record for me. Meaning nobody can find other record of me getting my previous strike(s). Feel free to ask him about this as well if you need too. Besides the fact that I decided to join in on something after a tiring week of schoolwork, I don't believe a third strike is necessary for something small as this, considering there are a lot of other things people could do to get a third strike. Obviously I'm sorry for what happened but I once again don't think a third strike is necessary. If anything feel free to ban me for a week instead and allow me to focus on something else temporarily.

I am 100% sure the strike I gave should have been removed after Steven explained the issue to me however long ago that was. Blake kept redoing the Strike topic so my guess is he didn't see my second post saying "Remove Steven's strike for this, his computer borked" and readded it again (since that has happened before). Which means Steven very likely only has 2 strikes.

That being said, if Duran warned Tundruff multiple times (presumably publicly so you could all see it) why the fuck would you continue to spam OOC after you saw him get warned and banned for doing the same thing? Honestly I'd hand out strikes/temp bans for that kind of idiocy also.

Organizing a group of 4 people to say one little sentence in OOC chat with a delay of 120 seconds is spam. Gotta make a note of that in my list of things that an administrator doesn't like.
