Trying to get the Millitary shouting into the Megaphone sounds, when you attack there outpost in the Cordon, the ones from SoC, anyone know how I can extract them from the game/DL them from?

You'd have to get a program that can extract files from whatever filetype that GSC uses.

(IE: .gcf, .iwd, you get the idea)

Use DB extractor and then find the sound you were looking for.
