It's nothing really special, It's just a re-texture and animation of the game.

Get Oblivion Lost or LURK instead.

I played stalker 09 for a bit it is a mod you would put in before you have beaten the game the 1st time try smp mod that one is amazing.

Ah Complete 2009, I HIGHLY recommend it if you're obsessed with graphics above all else. I tried it out and WOW SoC never looked better (and 30fps lower).
