Well kill slim, after the state fell in somalia, it's apparentley much better in anarchy than it was with the government.

The country's GDP rose, only after a mass Genocide which is still happening today and has been happening ever since 1991, after man-made famine causing mass starvation and disease, etc, the list of horrors goes on.
A small amount of economic growth after the government fell, (which was focusing on trying to turn Somalia away from going up it's own asshole instead of increasing economic prowess) isn't worth currently uncounted and accumulating deaths, and a country-wide famine.
