+ Suits now save when you put them on, theres a 1/50 chance of loosing your suit on death.
+Primary Weapons now save when you equipt them, so if you disconnect/crash you will still have that gun but if you die, you loose it.
+PM System (/pm)
+Armor is now displayed on the topbar
+Toolsystem (Blocks bad tools like inflator) and allows some more non needed tools to admin only.
+Logging system to see what people are up to.
+TieUp System

= Fixed F200
= Viper Ammo is now correct
=Improved Leader Salaries of factions (Duty and freedom now get 500 instead of 400, Military get 800 and monolith get 600)

+Non-Consumeable items will not be removed from your inventory, so players. will no longer lose items which are not supposed to be lost, such as a PDA.
+New Crouching Animation.
=Frequencies now save on radios.
=Flash now gives you less speed when running.
=Players shouldn't be allowed to remove props.
=Helicoptor is now under a different name to stop people duping it.
=Fixed some ammo names.
=Fixed the Spas and F2000 weapon ammo storage.

+You can only have one Secondary weapon and one primary weapon at once.
