Garrys mod crashing on startup.

Yesterday I was playing Gmod with my friends. After quitting then starting up Gmod again, my menu looked like this :

Then, after going to sleep and restarting Gmod I downloaded an update for it. When it finished, this is what happened when I tried to start it:

Please help me, as I verified the cache, and did a  system restore

 Processor: Intel Core 2 Duo
- RAM: 4gb
- Graphics Card: Nvidia GeForce GT 230M
- Operating System: Windows 7 Home Permium

This happend to me like month ago,Well was a little suprise when I saw it for first time,but when I joined server there wasnt any problem,so I didnt cared.
Well and after like week it automaticaly removed itself O_o?

Backup your Garrysmod/Garrysmod, Reinstall gmod

When I click backup.exe, it says "Restore Garrysmod backup". I click that and then nothing happens. :c

What I ment was, copy your <username>/garrysmod/garrysmod mod folder, place it somewhere else
Use the Delete Content thing from Steam (Meaning Uninstall Gmod)
Reinstall.
