DDOSing is actually really hard to trace unless you catch them in the act. Should you act late, after the attack, you wont get them.

The FBI doesn't give a flying fuck about game servers getting DDOS'd so even if HGN was behind it the odds of them ever doing anything are slim to none.

And HGN isn't behind it unless Silver decided it would be a great idea to wreck his own servers for some reason. It might be retaliation for the fact that ShitRP has been hitting HGN all day today. I would edit your first post to not be so threatening/naive.
