If you're gonna use MS paint use powerful design methods. IE you make borders, center pictures and make it look as though it was made in photoshop.

Wow actually i use bannerfans.com to put the background and
words and then i save it to photoshop and  insert renders and grunge art  to make it cool :3 awsome face.
